Hey Presto, It's Low FODMAP Pesto!
As Autumn gets into full swing, we are all starting to crave comfort foods like pasta and pizza!
This low FODMAP presto pesto packs a punch and will be the perfect topping on your favourite low FODMAP pasta or pizza base and satisfies that drool-worthy garlicy craving.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (375ml)
1 tbl Smoke N' Sanity Garlic Parmesan
1 tsp FreeFod Garlic Replacer (72g)
1 generous shake Umami Pantry Herb Salt (140g)
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Method:
Add all ingredients into a good quality food processor or blender and blitz until smooth and creamy! Season with extra salt and a good glug of olive oil and serve.
Serving suggestions:
-Drizzle over pasta or gnocchi
-Use as a salad dressing
-Add to pizza bases
Or all of the above!
