After making my own “faux gravy” with flour, butter, and broth for a number of years, it has been wonderful to have a quicker, very tasty alternative. I tried this with some oven fries the other night and it totally hit the spot.

Living in Canada, I struggle to find quality products like Massel’s stock powders. I love having this on hand to add flavour to a wide variety of dishes I make. It elevates a good up dish to a great dish!
