Affiliate Marketing Policy

Definitions:

• Affiliate - Anyone that has agreed to participate in the affiliate marketing program
• AMP - Affiliate marketing program
• AGC - Affiliate generated content
• UGC - User generated content
• Content - Pictures, videos, marketing material, printed material, or any other verbal, written or designed media generated for the purpose of marketing or information dissemination
• Social Media - Includes, but is not limited, to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other platforms not listed here commonly understood to be social media platforms.
• FodShop - trading name of FodShop Pty Ltd., ABN 44645382001
• GFNation - trading name of FodShop Pty Ltd. ABN 44645382001
• Commission - A percentage of revenue paid to affiliates

Terms and Conditions

By registering to the FodShop & GFNation Affiliate Marketing Program via the program sign-up form, you consent to the following.

Utilisation of the affiliate program implies that you have read through these terms and conditions and agree to them.

The Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of FodShop Pty Ltd. at any time, and should be reviewed regularly by participants in the FodShop & GFNation AMP.

Payouts & commission structure

Affiliates can expect payment fortnightly Wednesdays.

The Affiliate can choose to provide customers with 5% off via their own coupon code, and also earn 5% commission, or choose to opt to take the full 10% commission.

Registration denial:

In the event an AMP application is denied, it will be done so based on the below conditions:

The registrant is:

• Representative of a third party marketing agency.
• Intending to use the AMP to drive sales unrelated to the nutrition & marketing messaging underpinning FodShop Pty Ltd.'s Vision & Mission.
• A bot or other automated software.
