Gnocchi is a traditional favourite in most households, and there's good reason for it; it's quick to make, everyone loves it, and leftovers are great the next day.
We put the good ol' gnoc to the Wize test, with low FODMAP Simply Wize Spinach Gnocchi, tossed in with Simply Wize's low FODMAP Basilico Sauce (no garlic, no onion).

Makes: 3 serves
1 pk Simply Wize Gluten Free Spinach Gnocchi (500g)
1 jar Simply Wize Basilico Pasta Sauce, No Garlic No Onion (500g)
1 tbl parmesan, grated
1/4 fresh basil to garnish, fresh, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Bring 1 litre salted water to a vigorous boil in a large pot over high heat.
Drop gnocchi into the boiling water a few at a time, stirring gently and continuously with a wooden spoon.
Continue to cook the gnocchi until tender (about 1 minute after they rise to the surface). Strain gnocchi.
When the gnocchi are ready, they should look like little soft spinachy pillows, as seen above.
Place gnocchi back into pot, then pour over the sauce. Mix in sauce on low heat for about 2 minutes.
Serve with fresh basil and parmesan (optional)
