Low FODMAP Cola Spyder Recipe

It's heating up and as the weather improves, it's time to find ways to cool down!

 Spyders are a childhood favourite and are great for the kids (and adults)! They can easily be made low FODMAP and enjoyed on a warm spring day.

All you'll need is...

  1. One large scoop of lactose free vanilla ice cream
  2. Sorted drink of your choice! (I chose cola but passionfruit and lemon would also work well)

Simply scoop a large scoop of ice cream into a long glass and pour your favourite flavoured drink on top. Enjoy!
