Looking for something easy to prepare for a Halloween party and stumped for last-minute ideas?
These pretzel stick and dark choc coconut spider webs are deliciously, spooktacularly addictive, and they're dead easy to make with limited time.
Prep time: 15 mins
Serves: 10 spider webs (1 spider web is low FODMAP)
Ingredients:
x1 pk Eskal Pretzel Sticks Sea Salt (200g)
x1 pk Sweet William Dark Choc Buttons (300g)
x1 pk Shredded coconut (small pack)
Method:
1. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, assemble pretzel sticks in to 7-stick star shapes.
2. Melt choc buttons, then spoon melted chocolate into piping bag, or create your own piping bag by cutting a small slit in the corner of a snap-lock bag.
3. Starting in the middle of the star shaped pretzel configuration, pipe chocolate in the centre, then work your way around in a circle swirl until 1 cm away from the ends of the preztels.
4. Sprinkle the chocolate, while still wet, with shredded coconut. Allow to rest for 10 mins or until chocolate is try. If short on time, place spider webs into freezer for 5 minutes and remove once chocolate is solid.
