A low FODMAP diet is the gold-standard for treatment of IBS-related symptoms including diarrhoea, constipation, bloating, flatulence, and abdominal cramping. The diet omits or limits trigger foods that contain fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols. These can be found in foods like onion, garlic, dairy products, pasta sauces, asian sauces, and more.
Whilst a low FODMAP diet can prevent symptoms, it is not the most cost-effective diet. With many products costing almost double the price due to requiring specialised, low FODMAP ingredients, the diet is not made for everyone.
For example, if you're having a dinner that includes a pasta sauce and pasta, you could be spending double the price of regular supermarket purchases just to have access to onion and garlic free sauces and gluten free pastas. Instead of $10, this might cost $20 to feed the family. If you add a FODZYME single dose, this could cost $12.67 instead, saving you roughly $7 a night!
Furthermore, if you're feeding the whole family, you won't need to buy any extra and expensive low FODMAP ingredients when you can add FODZYME to your own portion, saving money in the long term.

Trust hundreds of our customers that swear by it! FODZYME is tasteless and painless when it comes to meals with family and friends. Whether you're out and about and just want to be able to eat stress-free or if you're trying to save some money on meals for the whole family, then FODZYME could be the answer.
If you'd like to try it out, why not start with a 5-dose starter kit to see if FODZYME is right for you before committing to a 60-dose pack? And when you're ready, buying in bulk at 60 doses will help you save half the price.
