Red Tractor Wheat Free Omega 3 Oats combines the goodness of oats with chia seeds and flax seeds to provide a rich source of dietary fibre, 7g of protein per serve plus Omega 3 fatty acids.

Serving suggestions:

Rolled oats are recommended for stove top cooking.

Place 1 cup of rolled oats into a saucepan with 2 ½ cups of water or milk and bring to the boil. Continue to stir and boil for 4 to 5 mins until oats have thickened to a creamy texture. Use more or less liquid to vary the thickness and taste. Allow to cool before serving.

OR

Place ½ cup of rolled oats into a microwave safe container with ¾ cup water or milk. Cook on high for 1 ½ minutes, stir thoroughly and then cook for a further 1 minute on high. Stir and allow to cool before serving.

*Microwave timing is given as a guide only and will depend on watt level.
