How is this product low FODMAP?

The reason that garlic & onion infused olive oil is low FODMAP is because the fructans in garlic & onion are water soluble but not oil soluble. This means that we can add the essence of the garlic & onion, or any other fructan containing foods, to extra virgin olive oil and then use the oil for cooking.

Serving size: A standard serve of olive oil is 1 tbl = 15ml, 17 low FODMAP serves approx. per bottle.
