Low FODMAP High Fibre Summer Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
• Frozen strawberries|⅓ cup (50 g)
• Banana|⅓ medium
• Lactose-free milk|¼ cup (60 ml)
• Lactose-free yoghurt|2 tbsp
• Sunfiber GI|1 sachet (6 g)
• Pure maple syrup|½ tsp (optional)
Method
1. Add lactose-free milk + Sunfiber GI to a blender → Blend for 10 seconds
2. Add all remaining ingredients
3. Blend until smooth
4. Pour into a glass (with yoghurt if you like)
