●Easy Low FODMAP Beef and Chicken Skewers●
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 10 minutes (+ 30 minutes marinating)
Cook time: 10–15 minutes
Ingredients:
150g chicken thigh fillets, cut into cubes
150g beef rump or sirloin, cut into cubes
1 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
1 tsp Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder (for chicken)
1 tsp Massel Beef Style Stock Powder (for beef)
Bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Black pepper (optional)
Method:
1) Marinate the Meat:
In one bowl, mix the chicken cubes with 1/2 tbsp garlic-infused oil, 1 tsp Massel Chicken Stock Powder
In another bowl, mix the beef cubes with 1/2 tbsp garlic-infused oil, 1 tsp Massel Beef Stock Powder
Let both marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2)Assemble the Skewers:
Thread the marinated chicken and beef onto separate skewers.
3) Cook:
Heat a grill pan or BBQ to medium-high.
Grill the skewers for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and lightly charred.
Serve:
Enjoy hot with your favourite low FODMAP sides!
