
Spicy Low FODMAP Christmas Prawn Cocktail Recipe

Seafood is a big part of Christmas in Australia, so what better way than to spice up your regular prawns with a seasoned, low FODMAP cocktail!

Ingredients
- 32 prawns cooked, peeled, and deveined
- 1 cup Nogo Classic Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ayam Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Riverina Grove Tomato Sauce or Fody's Ketchup
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 limes cut into wedges to serve

Method
1. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, tomato sauce and lime juice in a bowl to make the dressing. Set aside.
2. Divide the lettuce into 8 cups and fill with the prawns. Drizzle the dressing over each cup and serve with lime wedges and Ozganics Avocado Dressing.
