This gluten free low FODMAP pizza base really is as authentic as it gets, being made in Italy. From the Schar oven to yours, it couldn't be more simple - just add your favourite low FODMAP toppings, bake and enjoy a home cooked gluten and wheat free pizza.
These pizza bases are make with gluten free flours, making them a fructan-free alternative for those with tummy troubles, who still want their pizza and to eat it too!
Two pizza bases per packet, individually wrapped for freshness.
Serving size: Each 150g pizza base is low FODMAP, 2 bases per 300g pack.
