Spirals, also known as 'Fusilli', are made by spinning thin strips of pasta around a rod, resembling a spindle. This corkscrew shape is perfect for many recipes, especially sauces and pasta salads.

Preparation Instructions:

1. For each 350g of pasta, bring 5 litres of water to the boil (salted to taste).
2. Add pasta and return to boil. Stir gently and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes to desired texture.
3. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

Serve size: An 87.5g serve is low FODMAP, 4 serves per 350g pack.
