It has a light colour and texture and a mild, sweet flavour, making our white sorghum flour a popular alternative to wheat flour and a wonderful ingredient for gluten free baking.
Sorghum flour is a powerhouse of nutrition and adds a superb flavour to gluten-free and low FODMAP (wheat free) baking. Add 15% to 20% sorghum flour to your flour mixes to make delicious breads, cakes, and cookies.
