The mayonnaise has just enough heat to fire up the taste buds. It has been known to be eaten by the spoonful on its own but it is also perfect with fresh prawns, boiled potatoes, and fish or chicken.

The rich and creamy texture of Doodles Creek Mayonnaise is achieved due to the extra eggs used in making the product. It is not extended with water or thickeners and there are no artificial flavours. The mayonnaise is thickened naturally with egg yolk.

      Ingredients: Non GMO Canola oil, Free Range (Whole Egg and Egg Yolk) (Min 12%), White Wine Vinegar, Mustard, Water, Salt, Chilli (0.2%), Sugar, Coriander (0.1%), Lime Juice (0.1%), Preservative (200), Lemon Juice, Garlic*, Coriander Essence Oil (0.01%), Rosemary Extract.

      *NOTE: The quantity of garlic in the product is <0.01% and therefore considered low FODMAP per serve according to Monash FODMAP.
