Bay's Kitchen Tomato & Basil Stir-In Sauce is loaded with flavour and so versatile. Great on its own with a few low FODMAP added veggies, or combined with chicken, mince or prawns!
For a delicious low FODMAP spaghetti bolognese ready for 2 in under 10 mins, fry some lean mince and cook 150-200g of gluten free pasta. Drain the pasta and then add the mince, pasta and sauce into one pan to heat. Stir for couple of minutes and serve with a sprinkle of parmesan!
Serve size: Each 130g serve size is low FODMAP (2 serves per 260g jar). FODMAP Friendly certified.
