Any lovers of the classic mint sauce are sure to enjoy this version. Try it drizzled over a slow roasted lamb shoulder, or any other lamb roast. Try it as a dressing for crispy roasted potatoes, it even works well with chicken.

Dressing for braised peas and lettuce.  Dipping sauce for crispy fritters or even hot chips.
