A deliciously rich white wine glaze, made from Australian Chardonnay which can be used in endless ways.

Combine with pan juices to make an instant meat jus; Drizzle over any cooked white meat, fish or seafood as a finishing glaze. Drizzle over cheese and crackers,  or make an instant salad dressing with a little extra virgin olive oil.
