YesYouCan Multigrain Bread Mix offers a tasty and nutritious option packed with whole grains for extra fiber. Enriched with sunflower and linseeds, it provides a natural source of Omega 3.

Baking is simple—no kneading or proving needed—and you can use either a loaf pan or a bread maker. Enjoy fresh, homemade bread that stays soft and flavorful for days!

Preparation Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced) or 200C (conventional oven).
  2. Grease tin or spray with vegetable oil.
  3. Place 2 eggs and 270ml lukewarm water into a mixing bowl then add 400g multi grain bread mix. (Optional: you may add 7g of instant dry yeast and 1 tsp of sugar).
  4. Using an electric mixer (use bread hook for better results) blend in slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  5. Mix on medium speed for further 2 minutes.
  6. Pour dough into the bread tin. For best results cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes*
  7. Carefully remove foil and bake for further 15-20 minutes* or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and leave bread to cool completely before slicing.

Serving size: A 120g serve (2 slices) is low FODMAP, 6 serves per 400g pack.
