Smoke N' Sanity's savoury new Beef Flavoured Beef base is great for a simple soup or broth, but has so many more uses.  Add to rice leaving your taste buds begging for more!

Serving size information: 1/2 tsp (1.4g) serve is low FODMAP, 19 serves per tub.

This product is a Low FODMAP food and is certified under the Monash University Low FODMAP program https://www.monashfodmap.com/.

Ingredients: Yeast extract, Salt, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Cane Sugar, Tomato Powder, Spices (Ground Celery, Ground Thyme, Black Pepper), Natural Flavours, Caramel Colour, Modified Corn Starch.

Monash University Low FODMAP Certified™ spice blend.  One serving of this product is low in FODMAPs.

One serve of this product is low in FODMAPs and can assist with following the Monash University Low FODMAP DietTM. A strict low FODMAP diet should only be commenced under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

Directions: Add 3/4 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of Beef Flavoured Base to 1 Cup hot(180-190 Degrees F) water.  Stir then allow to sit for 10 minutes.  Adjust seasoning to obtain desired flavour.
