Ingredients: Yeast extract, Salt, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Cane Sugar, Tomato Powder, Spices (Ground Celery, Ground Thyme, Black Pepper), Natural Flavours, Caramel Colour, Modified Corn Starch.

One serve of this product is low in FODMAPs and can assist with following the Monash University Low FODMAP DietTM. A strict low FODMAP diet should only be commenced under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
Directions: Add 3/4 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of Beef Flavoured Base to 1 Cup hot(180-190 Degrees F) water. Stir then allow to sit for 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning to obtain desired flavour.
