Serving size information: A 100g serve (4 dumplings) is low FODMAP, 5 serves per 500g pack. FODMAP Friendly certified.
Ingredients: Filling: [Prawn (22%), Chives (11%), Cabbage, Carrot, Refined Soybean Oil, Spices (Salt, White Pepper, Sugar, Yeast Extract), Tapioca Starch, Sesame Oil, Egg White Powder, Ginger].
Pastry: [Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Refined Soybean Oil].
Country of Origin: Made in Vietnam
Preparation instructions: Place steamer or baking paper into steamer. Alternatively, spray some oil to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the surface. From frozen, place the dumplings into the steamer. Steam for 10 minutes. Using a skewer or a toothpick, pierce the centre of a dumpling and when there’s no resistance, then it is ready to eat.
STEAM: Lightly spray steamer base with oil or use steamer/baking paper to line base. Steam over boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
BOIL: Add dumplings to boiling water or soup base and cook for at least 8-9 minutes or until fully cooked.
PAN FRY: On medium heat, place dumplings on a lightly oiled fry pan and cook for 1 minute, add water to about 1cm depth in the pan (approx. 1/2 cup). Cover with a lid, cook until water has evaporated, remove lid and continue frying until bottom is golden brown.
MICROWAVE: Place dumplings in a microwaveable container, add water to about 1cm depth (approx. 1/2 cup). Cover and heat on high for 3 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain water before serving. Based on 1000W microwave, adjust cooking time accordingly.
Storage Instructions: Keep Frozen
