These dumplings are encased in delicate in-house freshly made pastry and contain whole prawns and scallops. Each dumpling is individually hand-made, MSG free and Coeliac Australia certified gluten-free.
Serving size information: A 125g serve (5 dumplings) is low FODMAP, 4 serves per 500g pack. FODMAP Friendly certified.
Ingredients: Skin (Water, Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Refined Soybean Oil), Prawn (19%), Scallop (15%), Yam Bean, Bamboo Shoot, Spices (Salt, Sugar, White Pepper, Yeast Extract), Tapioca Starch, Refined Soybean Oil, Egg White Powder, Sesame Oil.
Country of Origin: Made in Vietnam
Preparation instructions: Place steamer or baking paper into steamer. Alternatively, spray some oil to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the surface. From frozen, place the dumplings into the steamer. Steam for 10 minutes. Using a skewer or a toothpick, pierce the centre of a dumpling and when there’s no resistance, then it is ready to eat.
