Ingredients:
Filling: [Prawn (37%), Bamboo Shoot, Water, Refined Soybean Oil, Tapioca Starch, Spices (Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, White Pepper), Sesame Oil, Egg White Powder].
Pastry: [Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Refined Soybean Oil].
Country of Origin: Made in Vietnam
Preparation instructions:
STEAM: Lightly spray steamer base with oil or use steamer/baking paper to line base. Steam over boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
BOIL: Add dumplings to boiling water or soup base and cook for at least 8-9 minutes or until fully cooked.
PAN FRY: On medium heat, place dumplings on a lightly oiled fry pan and cook for 1 minute, add water to about 1cm depth in the pan (approx. 1/2 cup). Cover with a lid, cook until water has evaporated, remove lid and continue frying until bottom is golden brown.
MICROWAVE: Place dumplings in a microwaveable container, add water to about 1cm depth (approx. 1/2 cup). Cover and heat on high for 3 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain water before serving. Based on 1000W microwave, adjust cooking time accordingly.
