The cake is a stunning deep red colour and contrasts with the cream cheese icing to make the perfect entertaining cake for any event or gorgeous cupcakes for lunchboxes and kids treaties. Each box contains a sachet of icing mixture and step-by-step easy instructions so you can create this popular cake.

*Baking Note: to ensure a thick cake batter please use room temperature eggs and softened butter (rather than melted)
