For lactose intolerance, this is our 20,000 FCC tablets. This product contains the enzyme lactase and is taken at the time of the meal or drink containing lactose.
Directions for use (adult): Swallow a quarter to one tablet immediately before eating/drinking a product containing lactose, lasts for approximately 30 to 45 mins. Maximum of 10 tablets daily.
Child dose (2 years and above): Child dose is proportional to food intake, so approximately a quarter to half a tablet would be sufficient for a food portion a quarter to half the size of a standard adult portion. Under 2 years of age please seek health professional guidance before use. There is also available a liquid option in 14mL or 100mL.
Contains per tablet: Lactase 20,000 FCC. Filler: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; Gloss: Magnesium stearate.
