Directions for use:
Recommended - Blend 50g of powder with 250ml of chilled water.

More than a spoonful. Did you know that tablespoon sizes vary around the globe? We recommend adding 50g of Superflora to 250ml chilled water (about 7 level tablespoons). But your tablespoons might be different to ours, so weigh first. And adjust the amount of liquid to find your preferred consistency.
Need more calories? Try our shakes with 250g of low lactose (or other) milk or add strawberries, raspberries or bananas to give you extra oompf to power through your day.
