A seasoning made of sesame seeds, nori (seaweed), sea salt and dried yuzu zest. Sprinkle it on rice, grilled fish, meats, sauteed vegetables, salads or stir fries. Yuzu has a wonderfully distinct floral citrus flavour, try it when you want to add a pop of flavour.
