Red Tractor Tri-colour Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) seeds are sourced from the Andean region of South America where they have been grown for thousands of years. It is a seed that can be compared to couscous and substituted for rice.
It is very simple to prepare, try it in salads, as a porridge or to accompany a main meal.

Serving size information: A 50g serve is low FODMAP, 12 serves per 600g pack. 1 cup quinoa serves 2 people.
Ingredients: White Quinoa, Black Quinoa, Red Quinoa.
First - Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cold running water until water runs clear.
Next - Place 1 cup of quinoa and 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil.
Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender.
Place 1 cup of quinoa and 1 3/4 cups of water in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes. Keep in microwave and let sit for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Enjoy!
