Perfect for little people and as a nutritious side dish to accompany meat n' 3 veg, fish or tofu, the 1 packet makes 1kg of mash to feed everyone! This means you can make your favourites quickly and easily with no fuss.

Serving size information: A 100g serve as prepared in low FODMAP, 10 serves per pack.

Ingredients: Potato Flakes (97%), Dried Spinach (3%), Ground Dried Celery, Carrot Powder, Carrot Juice Powder, Salt, White Pepper.

DIRECTIONS - Makes 300g mash (3 serves)

  1. Place 1 cup of Plantasy Potato Mash into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup + 1 tbls of boiling water, or half boiling water and half hot milk of choice
  3. Whisk with a fork until thick and smooth
  4. Add salt to taste. We recommend 1/2 teaspoon salt for this serving.

TIP! For extra richness add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash
