A delicious umami seasoning made of toasted sesame seeds, sea salt, green nori flakes, organic shiso flakes, organic dried umeboshi flakes.

Umeboshi is a traditional Japanese pickled plum that has a vibrant red colour with a salty tart flavour. Sprinkle it on rice, grilled fish, meats, sauteed vegetables, salads, soups or stir fries. Try organic Furikake when you want to add a pop of flavour.

Serving size information: 1 tbl (7g) is low FODMAP, 11 serves per bottle.
