Big handfuls of sweet basil give this sauce a wonderfully rustic flavour and texture. Simmered with a generous amount of De Bortoli Wines' Pinot Grigio, the end result is rich and moreish!

Perfect on gluten free pasta and low FODMAP gnocchi or used in a hearty casserole or vegetable soup. Great served with parmagiana or home made pizza.
