Fructaid® is available as easy-to-swallow capsules in a small and lightweight pill container that is easy to take with when you leave home.* 

How it works:

Within a few minutes of consuming Fructaid®, the capsules dissolve in stomach acid and release glucose isomerase pellets which mix with your ingested food, while the glucose isomerase is still protected from gastric acid by a coating. 

When the pellets enter the small intestine their coating dissolves and releases the enzyme in order to convert fructose present in the food pulp into easily absorbable glucose.*

Please remember that fructose is also contained in many drinks, like fruit juices and drinks that are sweetened with normal household sugar or with high fructose corn syrup.

“Sugar” and “Sugars” on the package label include the fructose content of the food or drink. Therefore, even if fructose is not explicitly mentioned, there can still be fructose in the food.

Serving size/dosage information: Take 1 – 4 capsules with liquid just before consuming foods and drinks that contain fructose, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) or sucrose. You can also open the capsules and take the contents unchewed with liquid. To do this, simply apply a little pressure to the sides of the capsule and pull the two halves of the capsule apart.

If you continue to consume foods or drinks containing fructose, high fructose corn syrup or sucrose for more than 30 – 45 minutes, take another 1– 4 capsules as desired.

You may use Fructaid® every time you consume foods or drinks containing fructose, high fructose corn syrup or sucrose.

Children under 6 years of age or who cannot safely swallow capsules should not take unopened Fructaid® capsules due to risk of choking.

Ingredients: Cellulose, hypromellose, glucose isomerase, methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1) dispersion 30 %, talc, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, trehalose*, triethyl citrate, E 171. *Trehalose is a source of Glucose
