YesYouCan Fine Polenta is a versatile food:

  • Savoury baking, as a useful gluten free substitute for a polenta pie crust or pizza base.
  • Pair with foods like roasted vegetables, sauces, tasty meat dishes (hearty ragus, stews, grilled meats) or aged cheese.
  • To bake or grill rounds as a base for hors-d'oeuvres or appetizers.
  • To soft cook as a hot breakfast cereal, topped with fresh or dried fruit, nuts, cinnamon, and milk.
  • To use uncooked, like flour, to bake in bread or cakes.
  • Meal accompaniment instead of mash, pasta or rice.
