This spice mix is so flavour-packed it will give that late-night kebab a run for its money!

 Notes of Sumac and Star Anise, with a hint of Ginger and Clove. With too many spices to mention we think you should trust us when we say how amazing this spice rub is. 

Try adding some olive oil, fresh ginger and coriander, cover your favourite meat and let the flavours soak in overnight.
Best on the BBQ or slow roasted
