A perfect harmony of spicy, sweet Moroccan goodness. This gorgeous seasoning will turn any piece of meat into something majestic.

Ideal for low and slow cooking, lamb shanks and shoulders work a treat. but our recommendation is lamb necks. Yep that's right. Don't be scared just try it. 

I know we mention lamb a lot, but honestly this spice rub belongs on everything. The earthy flavours of Cumin blending perfectly with Fennel Seed and a hint of Cinnamon this rub is truly majestic.

Serving size information: A 14g serve is low FODMAP, 12 serves per 160g shaker. Certified low FODMAP by FODMAP Friendly.

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Cumin Powder, Cumin Seeds, Paprika, Salt, Fennel, Cinnamon, Chilli, Cayenne, Pepper.
