A very tasty Mediterranean Spiced Salt with no garlic or onion.

Hajia Sophia was a place of worship in Turkey, now a Museum. Like most museums they house a multitude of relics and artifacts.

This salt has a palatial richness of dusky flavours sure to cause a riot in your mouth not known since the days of old Constantinople. A wealth of rich, warm, pungent turkish flavours that loves lamb and gamey strong meats.

SUGGESTED USES: A perfect addition to any Meats especially Lamb for kofta, Kebabs, or homemade Jerky. Flavour Falafel, Tabouli, Quinoa and savoury butters for breads. Be brave!
